What we collect

When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and email address. We never see your card number. We use your email only to send your download link and to answer you if you contact us. We don't send marketing, and we don't sell or share your details.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and, if enabled, Resend (sending the download email). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or ad trackers. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies for fraud prevention.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (we must keep payment records for tax purposes). Contact: Instagram DM @the.rules.at.3am. 3AM RULES is the data controller.
